Fall and winter are perfect times of the year to have glowing skin. The problem most of us are faced with however is that the brutally cold weather and the beating our faces take from it normally lends to anything but glowing visages. But, the beauty of makeup is that we can glow even when it’s blistering outside. When done right, and with the right products, you too can pull off having a glowing face year round, even when there is a rainbow of fallen leaves or a blanket of snow on the ground.

Glowing skin paired with your favorite fall, nude lip will surely be a eye catcher. Glowing, dewy skin also works very well in the winter to help protect your face from drying out. The light layer of oil you use to create this look in conjunction with not fighting with your own natural oil production works in your favor during the colder seasons to keep your face moisturized.

I wanted to bring out some of Priscilla’s beautiful features like her cheekbones, so by combining a mixture of moisturizer, oil and ELF Studio ‘Radiant Glow’ Mineral Infused Face Primer and a little foundation, it gave her the ultimate glowing finish.
